In accordance with government regulations concerning public facilities, we are forced to change our opening date.

We do not know at this time, when we will be allowed to welcome you. We remain fully mobilized and we will keep you informed as soon as we are able to reorganize the opening of our campsite.

We have implemented all the necessary measures in place in order to provide maximum security for our holidaymakers, our employees and our staff.

Anxious to accompany you in the best possible way, here is the scheme offered to our customers who have booked a stay whose start date is before 15 April 2020

1. You made your reservation before 15 March 2020 and you have taken out cancellation insurance “Campez Couvert” at the time of your reservation
If you are unable to postpone your stay at the campsite, your cancellation costs will be covered by the insurer as the campsite of your stay is affected by a containment measure. Campez Couvert will reimburse the amount of the stay with the “Site Prohibition” guarantee which can be exercised in the event of an epidemic. To make your claim, go to this claim form: https://www.declare.fr/

2.  You did not take out the “Campez Couvert” cancellation insurance when you made your reservation.
In order to preserve your holidays in the face of this exceptional situation, we are relaxing our general conditions of sale. Thus, any reservation of a stay which you will not be able to benefit from because of the delayed opening of our campsite, can be postponed without charge to a later date. You can benefit from a refund in the form of a credit note equivalent to the amount paid. This credit note can be used for a new reservation and this within the limit of remaining availability for a period of 18 months.

We recommend that you only contact us by email: ardechecamping07@gmail.com , if your stay is due to start in the next few weeks. We assure you that each request will be processed. We prioritise the processing of requests according to the closest dates of stay.

We thank you for your understanding and we wish you to get through this very special period as serenely as possible.

Take care of yourself and your loved ones

Nathalie, Jean Christophe and the Ardèche Camping team.
